Prof. Dr. Hendrik Schröder

Prof. Dr. Hendrik Schröder studied business administration at the University of Münster. Since 1996 he is professor of marketing and retailing at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Professor Schröder is also the director of the Research Centre for Category Management in Essen. His working fields include shopper behaviour, point of purchase-marketing, cooperation between industry and retail, customer relationship management and multichannel retailing.
