Rho 320R-Roll-to-roll UV Inkjet Printer

Durst is pleased to introduce the new Rho 320R UV inkjet printer that establishes a new quality standard for industrial roll-to-roll printing. Precision components developed and perfected by Durst, such as the innovative Quadro® Array printhead technology and the new print carriage concept which includes a magnetic linear drive system, are important features of the Rho 320R. The unique and reliable high quality white printing option, the light colour option and the enhanced user software with an integrated maintenance program further support this new quality standard.

Rho 320R product features:

• Addressable resolution 600 dpi
• CMYK Rho Roll Inks and Optional: Light Cyan and Light Magenta, White, clear varnish, selected spot colours (on request). UV curable inks allows for immediate use of printed material
• Low ink consumption achieved by high pigmented inks providing low ink cost/m²
• Environmentally friendly (“green technology”), no VOC’s
• Easy and fast media change with min. media waste
• Virtually odourless, high density inks with high flexibility, no wicking on fabrics, and high colour retention from the use of pigments with an 8 classification on the Blue
Wool Scale
• Unattended printing of big rolls is provided due to the built in security system (GSM modul with error warning via mobile phone)
• User-friendly operating software with management functions (ink usage/job, total ink consumption, print-time/job etc) and interface to external order check software
• Highly productive workflow from simultaneous ripping/transfer and printing of files through additional RIP workstation
• Industrial standard LINUX operating software
