Durst presents a new modular designed Photo Book Station with highly automated workflow, designed for medium to high volume production of photo books.
The system consists of 3 modules, a gluing and book mounting module, a feeding device to automatically feed creased and folded album pages and cardboard sheets to the gluing station, and an automatic creasing & folding station.
The system allows to produce books from small to large sizes (max. 45 x 35 cm/18 x 14 in.), reaching a productivity between 12 to 24 books per hour with an average page quantity between 20-30 pages A4 size.
Its modular design allows to start with the basic module first, and add on additional modules as the business and production volume grows.

• With AutoFeeder, the production capacity increses approx. 50 %

• Modular design to meet individual production capacity demands, (e.g. with the automatic feeding device the capacity is increased by additional 50 %.
